The Ghana Trade and Livelihood Coalition (GTLC) is a policy advocacy organisation, working in Food and Nutrition Security, (FNS) and Post Harvest Loss Management, trade facilitation and inclusive market system facilitation and strengthening, Gender Responsive Budgeting (GRB), and financial inclusion. . GTLC has a foothold in the private and agribusiness sectors through an affiliate known as Tropical Oak Social Development Centre (TROSDEC) that is providing needed mechanisation services to women and men farmers that have difficulty in accessing service provision. Our experience, skills and competencies in FNS policy advocacy, excellent knowledge of food crop market systems, and capacity to generate and use relevant gender responsive data and evidence to inform policy and budget implementation, positions us among the best in the provision of inclusive services and solutions that enable sustainability and transformational developments in the areas where we work. At the core of our work is the reduction in poverty and inequality through evidence based innovative trainings and multistakeholder processes. We provide business development services that influence the enabling environment and create opportunity for growth to groups. Our 2022-2024 Strategic Plan illustrates the conviction and mandate in ths regard. Our Theory Of Change shows the pathways to achieving the mandate. We have committed to providing safe working environments for staff, partners and collaborators and to prevent sexual exploitation, abuse and harrassment and other forms of harm from occurring especially to vulnerable populations, chlldren, persons With disabilities and other adults at risk.
