VOLUNTEERS
GTLC is supported in its work by many women and men volunteers across Ghana. This stems from our history of coalition and network building across Ghana, We have built capacities of many organisations in trade and agriculture policy advocacy and campaigns. The Volunteers are professionals in their own right that are imbued with varied skills, competencies and expertise relevant to GTLC's work. The volunteers also benefit from exposure and knowledge that strengthens their organisations . It is therefore a mutually beneficial relationship. The volunteers include 10 Regional Focal Persons, 12 Village Savings and Loans Association (VSLA) Community Volunteers, 10 Community Volunteer Extension Agents. Over 70 percent of these volunteers have collaborated with GTLC in the last 10-15 years of our operation . The organisation is therefore endowed with the required human resource to deliver all activities and attain its goals. GTLC is however still in need of two dedicated staff for evidence gathering and for our communication office.
